Flash & Soul will facilitate a unique opening* that brings guests into their hearts, bodies and minds before diving into the content of the conference, meeting, or event.
As the warm up act, we set the tone for the day by bringing the joy of togetherness into the space. Guests will start by listening deeply, a gateway into the cycle of attention, intention and agency according to Otto Scharmer. Then as they participate in a custom set of activities, guests will become truly alive to the inspirational experience of your event.
An optional closing brings everyone back together to reconnect with their intention, each other, and to solidify new visions of the future.
*Please note this activity happens after a host nation welcome. This practice is not meant to be a sidestepping of truth and reconciliation, but is a means of decolonizing events and meetings.
Activity Options
In advance, Flash & Soul will create a custom series of mindful, embodied, and creative practices that will help build a common intention between participants and connections to the land and self.
The easy, quick and deepening activities may include moments of silence, partner sharing, drawing, jumping, music, and generally having fun.
