Flash & Soul will facilitate a unique opening* that brings guests into their hearts, bodies and minds before diving into the content of the conference, meeting, or event.
In advance, Sarah will create a custom series of mindful, embodied, and creative practices that help to build a common intention between participants, and connections to the land and self.
Directed activities can include moments of silence, partner sharing, drawing, jumping, music, and generally having fun.
An optional closing brings everyone back together to reconnect with their intention, each other, and to solidify new visions for the future.
Set the tone for the day by bringing the joy of togetherness into the space.
*Please note this activity happens after a host nation welcome.
