Flash & Soul transforms ordinary gatherings into memorable experiences through mindful openings and creative note taking. Our customized approach brings participants into deeper connection with themselves, each other, and the purpose of the event. Based on practices of embodiment, mindfulness, and creativity, our meaningful ways of engaging participants will foster connection and joy.

Meet Sarah
I am a mother who is married to Gaia and works in fashion. I feel called to help people connect to themselves, each other, the land, and the ancestors. I use the spiral of the Work That Reconnects to center life and the earth, TheoryU to engage with the promise of the future, and the whispers of the ancestors to create a ripple of healing. I’m a settler in a couple of ways as I am not from the Coast Salish lands on which I live, yet I help people settle into their bodies, into their connection with Mother Earth, and into their hearts.
